Overall pretty good, if you don't think about it too hard. Mac (whose name I forgot halfway through the book, because she's only called by her last name) is a tad too bumbling for my taste. The likelihood that she actually would've survived in any of the situations she was put in is extremely low. But it was light and funny and kept me entertained while I was sick.
However, there was zero chemistry between Ian and Mac. If there is a romance plot brewing there (which seems likely), there is going to need to be a lot of work done. He seemed more like an older brother than a love interest.
