Second Grave on the Left (Charley Davidson, Book 2)

Second Grave on the Left - Darynda Jones I'm sure that I'm in the vast minority, but I sort of loathe Reyes. I find him to be a manipulative bastard, and that's not attractive at all. Some of the charm of the first book wore a bit thin in this book. Charlie is still sarcastic and funny, but she's more than a little dense. It didn't help that she's still infatuated with Reyes for no discernible reason other than he's amazingly attractive and some sort of sex god. I don't see it, but to each her own.

I don't know if I can continue this series if Reyes continues to be the love interest. Every time he showed up it killed the book a little for me.
