The Gift by Lynsay Sands
1 star. This is the first book I've read by this author, so I had no stake in the series or the characters. That being said, reading about a man who, from the vague descriptions, is about 65 lust after a woman who appears to be 25 gives me a serious case of the heebie-jeebies.

I read up until the point that I couldn't take another reference to her "tight little ass," then skimmed the rest of the book. It seemed like a very thin plot to hold together a bunch of sex scenes between an old guy and a vampire. Ick, ick, ick. Not my cup of tea.

Home for the Holidays by Jeaniene Frost
4.5 stars. I love Cat and Bones, and this installment didn't disappoint. I just wish this was a standalone novella so I could pick it up without having to get the Lynsay Sands novella, too.
